These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the McThemeParks webshop.

2. Applicability
* These Terms apply to all purchases of digital products through our webshop.
* By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms.
* You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases. Users under 16 require explicit parental consent.

3. Digital Products
* All products are digital goods delivered within the Minecraft server McThemeParks.
* Products are linked to your Minecraft account and are non-transferable.
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, including in cases of rule violations on the server.

4. Payments
* All payments are processed by CraftingStore via PayPal or Stripe.
* We do not have access to your payment credentials.
* Prices are displayed in euros.

5. Right of Withdrawal
* Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period.
* By purchasing, you explicitly request immediate delivery of digital content.
* You therefore waive your right of withdrawal as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
* No refunds are provided after delivery.

6. Availability & Liability
* We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
* We are not liable for:
   * Temporary unavailability of the server or webshop
   * Loss of access to purchased products due to your actions (e.g., rule violations)
   * Technical issues beyond our control
* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on our webshop. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
